These terms govern your use of kampalamobilephysicians.com and the services booked through it. Kampala Mobile Physicians is a subsidiary of Mobimed Specialists, operating in Uganda. By using this website or booking a service, you accept these terms.

2. Medical Services & Professional Judgment

  • All clinical care is provided by licensed, UMDPC/AHPC registered practitioners exercising independent professional judgment.
  • Website content is general health information — it does not replace a personal consultation.
  • In an emergency, call our 24/7 line at +256 784 247945 immediately rather than relying on website content or forms.
  • A telemedicine consultation may be converted to an in-person visit where the physician determines it is clinically necessary; additional fees apply.

3. Bookings & Appointments

  • Booking requests submitted via this website are requests until confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • Please give at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another patient.
  • Home visits require safe access to the location and an adult present for patients who are minors or unable to consent.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are quoted before service delivery. We currently accept mobile money payments on +256 784 247945.
  • No payment is taken through this website itself.
  • Laboratory tests, specialist referrals, medications and ambulance transfers are billed as separately quoted items.

5. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it maliciously, submit false bookings, or impersonate others when requesting care.
